This piece is an embodiment of Lord Shiva, the God of destruction, as the God of dance. Found in abundance is the colour orange – the colour of aggression and warning and at the same time of energy and balance. The floral decoration denotes the other face of calm and patient Shiva. The fire beneath counterparts the floral pattern, yet striking a balance. Geometric design on the hallow and at the corners of the top add symmetry.
